These Terms of Service describe the conditions under which you may access and use the Lumée website and purchase our products. By visiting the website, browsing, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If at any time you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the website.

1. Use of the website & account information

To make a purchase, you may be asked to provide personal information such as your name, email address and payment details. You confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details private and for any activity that occurs under your account.

2. Products

We take care to present our products as accurately as possible. Because our candles are handcrafted and made of natural beeswax, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur. Screen settings may also affect how colors appear. We may limit product quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders & payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed once payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed. All orders are subject to availability. Payment must be made using a valid payment method that you are authorized to use.

4. Pricing

Prices are shown in Euros and may change without notice. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, duties or shipping fees. Shipping costs (if applicable) are shown at checkout. Promotions may be offered at our discretion and may be subject to additional conditions.

5. Shipping & delivery

We carefully package each order before handing it over to the shipping carrier. Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or factors outside our control.

6. Returns & exchanges

Returns are accepted in accordance with our Return Policy. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including images, product descriptions, designs, graphics and branding — belongs to Lumée and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, publish, distribute or recreate any part of the website without our written permission.

8. Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify, who processes personal information and payments on our behalf. Our website may contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumée is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages that may arise from your use of the website or the purchase of our products. This does not affect rights you may have under consumer protection laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updates.
